Research shows that boys who grow up without a father figure in their life are at a higher risk for a range of negative outcomes, including poor academic performance, behavioral problems, and even involvement in criminal activity. By becoming a mentor, you can help provide the guidance, support, and positive role modeling that these boys need to thrive.
